How We Help

Individual Counseling

Meet with a therapist one-on-one so you can share openly and freely about whatever challenges you are facing. We’ll work together to create goals, learn and practice new skills, and support you by using evidenced-based approaches that work best for youth. Counseling sessions are typically once per week.

Family Counseling

Meet with a therapist and your family members so that your family can better support you with what you are learning in individual counseling, or maybe you just need your family to communicate better and have less stress at home. Family counseling sessions can be weekly, or less often depending on your needs.

Group Counseling
