Insurance
We are in network with Regence Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Oregon Health Plan, Aetna, Pacific Source, Providence and Moda. We are also able to bill out of network benefits if we are not in network with your insurance plan.
If you are uninsured, we accept out of pocket cash payments, and offer time and space limited sliding scale fees. All individuals will be provided a good faith estimate of expected charges upon scheduling.
Rates
Our current rates for counseling sessions are as follows:
55-minute Initial Intake: $195
30-minute Individual Counseling: $105
45-minute Individual Counseling: $155
55-minute Individual Counseling: $185
55-minute Family Counseling with or without client: $210/$180
55-minute Group Counseling: $65
