Hannah Boley, MSW

Hi, I’m Hannah!

While obtaining my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California, I had the opportunity to work with youth from diverse backgrounds and absolutely loved it! Transform Youth and Family Counseling drew my attention as I seek to continue working with youth in a way that allows them to better navigate this changing world around us, being sensitive to their culture, ideals, goals, and aspirations.

The Professional Stuff

From an early age, I knew I wanted to either be a teacher or a counselor. After obtaining my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Southern Oregon University, I gained experience working with children ages 3 to 12 years old in a day treatment setting. Following this, I taught at a private school and then a preschool, at which point I found myself wanting to do more for individuals and families, more specifically with adolescents and transition-age youth.

I seek to help young people better understand themselves and how to navigate the world in a way that works for them. During my education, I worked with the University of Southern California’s telehealth counseling service, focusing on transition-age youth in the LGBTQIA+ community, diverse socio-economic backgrounds, and a variety of cultural backgrounds.

The Personal Stuff

When I’m not working, I enjoy rafting, going to the river, spending time with my children, and loving my dogs, cats, and bearded dragon.
